   1. Christmas 2020 Ms. Pac-Man Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Securité Gun Club (the “Sponsor”) located at 11910 Woodinville Dr.  Woodinville  WA 98072.
   2. Ms. Pac-Man, Super Pacman, Dig Dug and Galaxian are copyrighted of BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc.
   3. This Contest is solely sponsored by the Sponsor and is not way supported or endorsed by Arcade1Up or Bandi Namco Entertainment Inc.
2. Eligibility
   1. Promotional Giveaway Christmas 2020 (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Washington State who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.
   2. Employees of the Sponsor and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. This Contest is subject to Federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
   1. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and  acceptance of these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.  Winning a prize contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Contest Period
   1. The Contest begins on December 4, 2020 at 11:00am and ends December 22 at 7:00pm (the “Contest Period”).  Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.
5. How to Enter
   1. The entry will be available at Securite Gun Club, 11910 Woodinville Dr. Woodinville WA. , Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest during regular business hours.
   2. Valid entries must include a current and valid Name, Address, Phone number and email address.  Limit one entry per person, per phone number and email address for the duration of the Contest Period.
   3. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
6. Prize Drawing
   1. On or about December 23, 2020,. The Sponsor will select potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
   2. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.  The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via phone on or about December 23,2020.
   3. If the potential winner cannot be contacted by 7pm PDT on December 23,2020, an alternate winner may be declared.
   4. Potential winner must take possession of the prize no later than December 24,2020.
   5. Potential winners must comply with all Official Rules and are responsible for all applicable taxes.
7. Prize
   1. Grand Prize (1) – Ms. Pac-Man arcade style machine by (no substitutions)

One entry form per phone number and/or email address. Entry form must include a complete and valid name, address, phone number and email address.

Entries must be received no later than close of business the Dec 22, 2020.

Winner will be randomly selected from entries and the winner will be notified on Dec 23,2020.
If the winner is not able to be contacted an alternate winner may be declared.

Winner must arrange to receive their prize before Jan 1,2020.

Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.  Void where prohibited.
