Guest Speaker: William Kirk, Attorney

Background:
William Kirk is a noted WA state gun rights attorney who has help many lawful and responsible gun owners keep and maintain their second amendment rights. He literally wrote the book on “Washington Gun Law; Armed and Educated” and he continues his educational efforts through his YouTube channel.

Overview:
Responsible Firearms Use – Legal Considerations for WA State

Mr. Kirk, will be addressing some of the WA state legal issues that all lawful and responsible firearms owners should know. These include:

General rules of self-defense
Displaying, pointing or aiming a firearm
Use of lethal force
What to do following a self-defense shooting incident

A brief Q&A session will be held at the end of the class.
